J'asha snickers after hearing Maria agreeing to join his pack. Everyone seemed to have the same weird smile on their faces, as if they were hiding something, except for Lyka who only had pity for Maria. If only Maria had listened to her from the start and left, she wouldn't have fallen into J'asha's paws.

Maria had no idea what J'asha had in stored for her. J'asha knows exactly why Maria was up here looking for Amaroks. It doesn't take a genius wizard to figure out that Maria wants the power of the Amarok. She thinks that it can be controlled, but she's wrong. A Qin, who changes into an Amarok, loses their humanity and their primal-savage behaviors take over.

Hours passed, and it was night time once again. Lyka had told Maria that there were no more Amaroks in Wolfwood, but she was lying. In fact, there six of them still in these woods. The group built a fire and decided to form a circle around it, while eating the well cooked remains of the dead Amarok. Everyone was sharing stories battle stories and nearly everyone had finished telling their, except for J'asha, Lyka, and Maria. It just so happens that it was Maria's turn to share her's. Everyone looks to her in anticipation...
