It was time to atone for her mistakes. Agnes waited for everyone to get off the ship before she executed her plan. She knew that there was only one way to make sure he demon doesn't kill another innocent life.~ She steered the airship into the horizon, however she wasn't escaping she was merely was gaining momentum. She circled around and went full thrust towards the male Delva. She was attempting to ram the massive airship into the Dagku.~! The broken windshield allowed the wind to get in the cockpit, blowing into the Agnes' gradually getting stronger as the ship accelerates. Soon all she could hear was the engine roaring, and the loud rustling of the wind inside the cockpit.~

The ship was fast, perhaps fast enough to pull this off. She in her last moments, she recalled her life back in Thantos, her family, and the good times they've spent together. Agnes guided the airship towards Dagku, she started into the Delva's eyes and said a classic badass pun right before the end. "See you in hell you son of a whore~!"

Surely no one expected that the girl, Agnes, would do such a thing. The Seirra collided with Dagku, who was unfortunately unable to escape being hit by a giant aircraft. It was also partially thanks to the distraction caused by Cid's crew members. The airship crashed into Dagku, it's sheer weight and force was more than enough for the Delva to withstand. The Sierra continues on and on until it Crashes into the wall of the Dome of Fontaine. Upon impact the airship explodes into a massive ball of fire. Dagku is killed instantly, there was no way he could've survived anything like that.

Meanwhile, after defeating Yui, Yazgash rushes over to where his brother was. She was able to witness the airship actually crushing her brother. She chases after the airship and her brother, but wasn't nearly fast enough to catch up to a highspeed aircraft crashing into the ground. She is stopped by the large explosion right after The Sierra collides with part of the Dome's structure.

Yazgash tries to rush into the flaming inferno but to no use. There was no hope for his brother. She is filled with rage, her heart yearns for vengeance. Cid was in no condition to fight, Yui was knocked out senseless and the crew were no more than ordinary folk.

Agnes was unfortunately unable to escape, her valiant effort would've been complete if she had taken Yazgash with her. But the female Delva was still alive, and Agnes' sacrifice would've been for nothing. But just as hope dies out, something emerges from the flames. It was Agnes in her demon form. Somehow, her demon had protected her from death and has gained the power to regenerate very quickly.

Just like that the fight was over. Agnes had grown much stronger since Riverun, this was proof of her ability. There was no saying just how powerful she can truly become, but one thing is certain. Every time she faces a stronger foe, Agnes' powers grows. As soon as the smoke screen had gone, Agnes reverted back to her human form. She was exhausted and so was Nero, her demon. Surviving an airship crash and a hellish explosion sure took it's toll on the young girl's body. It didn't seem like the Demon was going to let her die so easily, she was so willing enough to try such a reckless act because of how much fear had settled in her heart.~

Agnes crumbles to her knees, exhausted and weak. On the ground she finds Dagku's blade, it was useless to her and she could never see herself wield such an civilized weapon. But she could use it as a cane to help her get up.~ She took the blade and stabbed it onto the ground, she then used it to push herself off the dirt. She looks to the one legged white lizard and his band of groupies and says~ "Hey~! You guys got something to eat? I'm starving.~!"

With the Twins defeated, Agnes, Yui, Cid and his crew are now safe. Cid, though battered up pretty bad, is still alive. He's always been a resilient fellow and a missing leg ins't going to put him down. They found Yui unconscious in the forest and gave her the necessary medical intervention. Yui was very fortunate, her injuries would still heal. But unfortunately Cid's leg will never grow back.

Agnes was also given care but her injuries were already healing itself. The most they could do for her was offer her what little food they have left and a something to drink. It was no secret that the crew and even Cid was afraid of Agnes. They've never seen anyone turn into monster before.

Now that the Sierra has been destroyed, the group is trapped in the Dome of Fontaine. They couldn't cross the lake without a boat and there were no functioning boats in the island. Furthermore Cid warns them that something "large and alive" was guarding the lake so swimming was not an option.

*This chapter has ended. 2000 XP awarded to Yui and Agnes. Their story will continue in Chapter 4*
