It surrounds the target with several gigantic magical seals and imprisons the target in a magical dome.
A sealed target cannot escape unless the seal is broken or renounced by the caster. He/she is considered to be Out of Battle once placed under the spell. (Out of battle means the target cannot be targeted by spells or attack, but also cannot target anyone outside the Seal)
Grand Seal has a barrier HP of Caster's MDEF*100 and can be broken if attacked and it's HP depleted.
Lasts until it is broken. Has a 20 turn cooldown.
*During 1v1. The target is only given 4 turns to try and break the seal. Before victory is awarded to the caster.*
