Corneus wasn't planning on holding anything back. He activated his power which caused him to glow blue, this is only one of the few times Corneus has fought seriously.

"For you my child, I will go all out. You should be honored. Not many people have seen me in this form and survived. Not counting the mindless soldiers around us of course."

Without warning, Agnes suddenly attacked Corneus with a bunch of powerful spells, spells that he's rarely seen. Among these were a dimension spell and a powerful Dark spear spell similar to the infamous Ultima Bolt. Corneus could do nothing but endure Agnes' first wave of attacks. He was well prepared for such spells. 

Corneus was no doubt impressed with what he saw. It was very rare for any magic to harm him, but through a demon, this young 16 year old girl managed to get passed his natural defense against Magic.

"That was very impressive. Your skills are well above what I anticipated they would be. But I'm afraid that won't be enough to beat me."

Corneus was stunned, never did he expect that the demon would be this powerful. The Spell was named, Lancea Tenebris which means Spear or Darkness in the common tongue. It's a high level Demon skill that was similar to the fabled Ultima Bolt. The power was so immense that it broke through Corneus' Defense multiple times. The first Spear severely damaged Corneus' torso. The second one he tried stopping with his left hand, it erased his left hand like it was nothing only the Fabula Nova Crystal survived, it fell on the ground.

For the first time in a long time, Corneus felt fear. He was terrified of the power the demon exhibited, it reminded him of the time he fought the 1st. He never thought he'd be reminded by a young girl, the fear that crippled him many years ago.

"You... How did you!??.... NO!!! NO!! Stay away from me!!."

(OOC: That was impressive. Honestly I never thought you'd make this such a close fight as a reward I will use a BARRIER spell instead of pounding you with High Orbs. ^^)
