Character Appearance and Personality: Wearing an ensemble of all black clothes, he wasn't exactly someone you would call approachable. His standard attire consists of black boots, leggings, belt, a tunic, gloves that are closer to gauntlets, and a tattered black cloak. Eligor also keeps his face covered by a dark helm that's only opening was a slit over the eyes. Underneath his clothes, he has pale white skin, night-black hair that falls to his neck and bright golden eyes along with the pointed ears of his race  And something that is with him no matter where he goes is a tome of magic that he acquired during his travels. It hasn't left his sight since coming into his hands. It was an incomplete grimoire, and he had been doing his best to fill it up during his wandering.

While he might appear as a powerful being, he is, in fact, not. After all, age does not always equal power. He doesn't hold a mastery in any subject, nor is he an adept, although he has dabbled in multiple branches, even learning a spell of conjuration. During a point in his past he interfered in something that he really shouldn't have and swore never to repeat the offense again, and so it began. But as the centuries rolled by, he found himself breaking his self-imposed rule of non-interference more and more as events cropped up around him that could have gotten worse if he didn't intervene. 

Not a pacifist by any means, he has no trouble taking a life if the situation calls for it. An introvert also, he prefers to keep to himself, and yet constantly finds himself drawn to civilization. 

Character History: A strange fellow of Alfeiran descent, there isn't much known about him apart from the times he interacted with the other races of Lunaris, flitting in and out of human, Qin, and Delvan history at different points throughout the past millenium. It can only be surmised that he spent the beginning century and a half among his own people, although the reason that he would leave is also unknown. 

No one is quite sure what he does apart from magecraft due to the large tome he carries with him wherever he goes. At many pivotal points in history he has appeared, although he usually didn't engage in the conflicts. In fact, during one of the early skirmishes of the Human/Alfeiran war it was reported that a person matching his description was seen hovering at the edge of the battlefield.

During the opening stages of the conflict, Eligor could see no point in entering the fray, as neither side seemed to have an advantage and he had no wish to estrange himself to the humans, but it would all be for naught in the end.

When the Alfeiran king Anjiero opened the Rift, he set aside his stance of not interfering and joined in the conflict, fighting the monsters of the Chaos Legion alongside many warriors of all the races. The battles were brutal, and he used what healing magic he knew to keep those around him from dying while also keeping the enemy forces at bay with his conjured guards so as to not break his concentration. When the battle was over and the Rift closed, he retreated into the shadows. 

When the giant metal bird (known to those of Earth as an airplane) burst through the sky, he looked on. At the time, he had been walking through the trees running along the outside of the town in M'hirr when it appeared. He usually took paths that took him around settled areas, not desiring to be drawn into the sea of hatred that was racism. Although some was merited given the events of the war. Superior eyesight allowed him to watch the events that unfolded from a tree on the edge of town as the humans were brought out of the birds belly and put in cages only to be sold later to a member of the Qin race. The villagers, either more concerned about the new prisoners or perhaps not considering him a threat, didn't bother with him.

He had considered purchasing one, if only to discern if there was anything remarkable that separated these humans from those of Lunaris. Their manner of dress was unique, and way they acted stranger. The fight he saw showed that while they had promise they had no real combat experience. So he tracked the caravan as it moved, never close enough to make an attack, but not far enough away that he couldn't see them. 

He knew they were aware of him, but with the number of Nyanqin guarding the caravan they had little to fear from him.

Eventually arriving in Drakestone, Eligor chose to stop following them, feeling that if they hadn't shown anything remarkable by this point than really when were they? It was that very evening that his nerves warned him of impending troubles, and this time he wondered if his policy of non-interference would be torn to shreds.
