FFMSL Insider: "Belial the Worthless"

Alternatively Belhor, Baalial, Belair, Beliall and Beliel. An angel of great evil, he is the leader of the Chaos Legion and Setgias' second in command. Although many believed that it was Setgias who possessed the Great Alfeir King Anjiero, evidence suggests that it was truly Belial who did so. Witnesses reports that during his possession, all the flames in the Alfeir King's presence turned green, a signature of the demon Belial.  

When summoned, he appears in two forms: as this grotesquely horned demon engulfed in green flames; and as a deceptively beautiful being who is soft in voice, but full of treachery, recklessness, and lies. Belial is dedicated in creating wickedness and guilt in humankind, especially in the form of sexual perversions, fornication, and lust.

He is believed to be directly involved in majority of all possessions in Lunaris. Whenever his presence is present, all the flames nearby glow an eerie color green.  He is known for giving familiars, and favors to friends and foes, but it requires offerings and sacrifices to be made in his honor.

Belial is also mentioned in the tale of the Nameless City. Belial is allegedly the demon who tricked a King into sacrificing his entire city along with his subjects, for the sake love.
